Entrance to the city is through the Siq, a narrow gorge, over 1 kilometer in length, which is flanked on either side by soaring, 80 meters high cliffs which is in places only 3/4 meters wide. Just walking through the Siq is an experience in itself. The colors and formations of the rocks are amazing.

I have personally been using Ryanair for years with no problems. I recently flew from Ireland to Germany for 2 cents total cost. You won’t find fares like that every day but they do specials all the time, so it’s worth getting on their mailing list.

To get the best deal on Ryanair, book and check-in online and you will get priority boarding. Look out for baggage charges as limits are strictly enforced. The also have good deals in car hire, travel insurance and hotels from time to time.
